All our sublimation directions, temps/times are approximate. Every heat press is different, and we are not responsible for your process. All our blanks have been thoroughly tested to sublimate beautifully, and they are designed specifically for sublimation. We offer you directions that work for us, and we sub thousands of our own blanks annually. What works for us, may not work for you.

If you have an item that has failed to sublimate to your liking, we suggest you check the temperature of your heat press with a temperature gun. You might want to alter your pressure, time and temperature to find the sweet spot that works for you with any blank you purchase anywhere.

If any item is damaged or broken, we will replace it or refund you in the way you paid. You MUST provide a photo of any damaged or broken item. There will be no refund if you cannot provide us with evidence of the damage.
