Shipping policy

[We cannot ship to a PO Box for orders that are over 1 pound. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes].

It's simple! You pay and we ship within 2-5 business days. But, typically we ship same day so you don't have to wait very long.

Shipping is $5.99 for orders under 1 pound, and $8.99 (or less!) for orders over 1 pound. HOWEVER, if you order $199 or more, you get free shipping regardless of the weight of your order. We do not gouge you on shipping and we don't make money on shipping. We are simply covering our shipping costs and supplies to get your products to you. If your package is shown as DELIVERED by the shipper, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. You need to contact your local USPS or the shipper to determine what has happened to your package.

Everything we sell is ready to ship right now so there isn't much of a wait at all. We pack our items in the smallest envelope or box possible to reduce cost,  shipping fees and weight. It also helps reduce our carbon footprint with less waste.  We also use recycled boxes whenever possible.

We typically ship via USPS and UPS and you always get a tracking number.

Where We Ship:

Sublimation Blanks Company ships in the US and Canada. Additionally, we also ship to parts of Western Europe and the Caribbean. Our free shipping rules only apply to the USA, all other zones are based on actual weight to your destination. We provide you with a tracking number for every item we ship.

We do not control USPS, UPS, Fed-ex, etc. We ship everything in good faith and in a timely manner. If your package is delayed due to a mail carrier issue, we will not issue you a refund/replacement if your package is late. We will investigate what is happening and this may take some time. If the package is deemed lost and unrecoverable by the carrier, we will refund or replace your items.

Please be patient, especially during these times of very high e-commerce mailings. All carriers are struggling to keep up. 99% of our shipments make it to their destination with little issue, but there is a small number that require some effort to keep moving. Whenever possible we fill out a missing mail form, and we expect buyers will do the same in order to get their package to their destination.

International Shipping (Not USA):

If you would like to order from us and live outside of the US, we will happily ship to you based on weight. Our free shipping does not apply outside of the USA. You will be responsible for any customs, duty charges and taxes when you package arrives. We are not liable for this. We also cannot control the length of time of shipping to you outside of the USA, especially due to COVID and how mail is moving at this time. You will be issued a tracking number to follow your package. Please be patient.
