Refund policy

You can return any items you buy (*except drinkware) by contacting us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. We will happily refund your purchase price (minus shipping). *We do not offer returns on any of our drinkware/tumbler products

If any item is damaged or broken, we will replace it or refund you in the way you paid. You MUST provide a photo of any damaged or broken item. There will be no refund if you cannot provide us with evidence of the damage. You can contact us at help@sublimationblankscompany.com with photos of your damaged item and your order number.

We cannot cancel an order once you have placed it.
